  1) We received a worker's comp audit and we were sent to collections because we never received the correspondence from the carrier and Treweek insurance did not think it was something we should be notified of. When asked why we weren't notified they sent us a copy of the audit request... after we already got it from the carrier. 2) We were never instructed to file an exemption for workers comp as owners even though we were not listed on the policy. As a result, we are stuck with $3,000 more on our premium due to the audit. 3) We switched to King's insurance and saved 20%. 4) First thing King's insurance instructed us to do: File a workers comp exemption. (Without sharing this story) 5) Refused to send us a COI based on work we were performing because they said it was no longer covered under our current policy. Found out not only was that not true, but illegal.
